These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of fredericpondant.com and the purchase of digital products (the "No BS Brand Guides" series) offered by Frédéric Pondant, a sole trader based in Brussels, Belgium ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We sell digital guides — written educational content delivered via a URL and a unique access code. No physical product is shipped. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
Products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or share your access code with others.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy Limited), our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service at lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
