We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

Purchase data — name, email address and payment information collected at the time of purchase, processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.
Contact data — name and email address if you contact us directly via hello@fredericpondant.com.
Analytics data — anonymised usage data collected via Google Analytics (page views, session duration, traffic sources). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

3. How we use your data

To process and fulfil your purchase and deliver access to digital products.
To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
To understand how visitors use the website and improve our content.
To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR:

Contract performance — to fulfil purchases you have made.

Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Their privacy policy is at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Google Analytics — anonymised analytics. Data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Purchase and transaction data is retained for 7 years in compliance with Belgian accounting and tax obligations. Contact enquiry data is retained for no longer than 2 years. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months).

Under GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) at dataprotectionauthority.be.
