Refund Policy

1. Digital products — general policy

The No BS Brand Guides are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase via a unique URL and access code. Because access is granted instantly and the content is fully available from the moment of delivery, all sales are generally considered final.

2. EU consumer rights

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Belgian law, customers based in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase — unless the digital content has already been accessed or downloaded.

By completing your purchase and accessing your guide via the provided URL and access code, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited at that point.

3. Exceptions — when we will refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment).
• You purchased the wrong product and have not yet accessed the content — contact us within 48 hours.
• A technical error prevented you from accessing the guide and we were unable to resolve it within 5 working days.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, contact us at hello@fredericpondant.com within 14 days of purchase with your order confirmation. We will respond within 3 working days.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Lemon Squeezy

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy Limited) as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion to prevent chargebacks. For further information see lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
